Healing Through Equine Connection
Bay Meadow Farm offers mental health therapy in numerous formats, including equine/animal-assisted, nature-based, traditional office, and telehealth. The majority of the equine sessions are ground-based interactions with the horses. No previous horse experience is necessary. Sessions can be held outside in numerous designated spaces or our private offices. We accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum/United Healthcare, and Blue Cross.
Private pay rates are:
- Intake assessment: $180
- Individual psychotherapy session: $120
- Family psychotherapy session: $120
- We offer a sliding scale fee to a limited number of clients on a case-by-case basis.
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)
We offer equine-assisted learning and coaching to clients to achieve specific goals and non-therapeutic objectives geared toward personal growth. Some examples include problem-solving, building self-esteem, communication strategies, setting/achieving goals, developing a connection with yourself and others, leadership, and team building. EAL can be used in individual and group settings.

Equine Experience
Do you want to spend some one-on-one time interacting with a horse? Sessions can be held with one of your favorite equine partners interacting on the ground- whether it be brushing, leading, hand grazing, or learning about horse care with an equine specialist. $35 a session or $125 a month.
Facility Rental and Employment
Jen is always looking to work with like-minded therapists and programs who want to add in equine therapy, animal-assisted therapy, nature-based, and horticulture into their practice. Therapists can rent our office space and utilize the horse sand facility or they can be 1099 employees. Supervision can be provided.
